This is the alleged victim (Sylvan Pendragon) and that’s Kagan on her shirt less than two months after the trial. Please read the trial transcript because this young lady’s story is incredible. It changed every time she told it. There were so many lies that where contradicted by both officers, the nursing staff and the doctor.
Kagan was sent prison on November 1, 2021. If rightfully convicted for the assault by strangulation he would have served seven months and his release date wou have been July 25, 2022. He would have been back home with his daughter by now. Instead he is serving a 5- 7 1/2 year sentence for a crime the evidence shows he didn’t commit.
During the alleged victims (Sylvan Pendragon) initial interview or questioning by police officers, she said that she was strangled and denied any sexual assault. She initially told police that she was strangled unconscious on the floor by her couch. Then her story changed and she told detective Butterfield that she was strangled unconscious against the wall. Then her story changed again at trial where she testified that she was strangled unconscious more than four times.
